TLHOMPHO SHAI but mostly use my stage name TOCAR SA.He is a South African indeperndent recording artist,Dancer,Actor,promoter,photographer based in Matibidi MPUMALANGA.Born in 1998/18/01, my music is influenced by K.O, RICKY RICKY,MINAJ & TUMELLOW MTD am very versatile and i tend to write music in my home language (SEPEDI) & other south african taal.i have been writing music since the age of 17 & ive gained a lot of knowledge throughout the years so for me music is my whole life and thats where i lay out my scriptured of life.
my music contains pain,passion,Energy & motivations that i believe one day it will give me the population to motivate the youth in my hood to strive & work hard to better their lifes.using the talent they got whithin.Tocar Sa is a young rising versatile musician, who's not genre limited. His energy when he get on stage is contagious and memorable that everyone who listen to his music can relate and resonate with his music
At the age of 20 years of he has proven that his dreams are valid and worthy to be fought for.he use his music as an escape to alleviate stress,and enhance his memory and to boost his immune system.TOCAR RSA music is highly inspired by the likes of Maleboo,Mopedy and others
His style of music contains pain, passion and motivation that most people want to hear on a daily basis. TOCAR SA is intended to help young people in his poverty stricken neighborhood in Matibidi area through his music. "I want young people to understand that when they are hard hit by poverty and struggle, they must not resort to drugs and crime, coz there is so much they can do with their lives apart from such," said TOCAR.

Drawing inspiration from local artists like Maleboo and Mopedy, TOCAR released three hit singles between 2022 and 2023, one of which he titled "Thandolwethu" feat. Tumellow MTD and Villaks Pro; I tell you this song left my head nodding and my foot still tapping in the air. The song is currently available across all streaming platforms. With his songs airplayed on 15 radio stations, his appearance on two magazines and eight radio interviews, he's already achieved a lot as an artist.

Early this year he Drop his motivating track called HLOKA PELAOLO which made Tocar Sa gain lot of Recognation. HLOKA PELAOLO made it to 15 Radio stations and he managed to score 8 radio interviews 2 magazine articles.This song was well received by the public, his supporters, Family and followers. The single is currently available on Audiomack it's not yet out in Digital stores like Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube.
